TG Investment Funds PLC is an open-ended umbrella investment company with variable capital incorporated with limited liability in Ireland under the Companies Acts 1963 to 2006 with registration number 433526 and established as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2003 (S.I. No. 211 of 2003), as amended.

The Fund has segregated liability between each of its Sub-Funds.

Investment Manager and Global Distributor

The Fund has appointed Treasury Group Investment Services Limited to act as investment manager to the Fund and each of its Sub-Funds. The Investment Manager has the responsibility for the investment management, on a discretionary basis, of the assets of the Fund and each of its Sub-Funds.

The Investment Manager commenced operating in March 2002 and is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in the conduct of financial services activities. The Investment Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of Treasury Group Limited ("TGL"), which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX Code TRG). TGL invests in boutique funds management businesses and supports these businesses through the provision of financial, marketing and operational assistance with the aim of enabling talented investment professionals to focus on their investment businesses.
